1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Khelo Mahadev (the "Platform"), including the website at khelomahadev.com, the mobile app and any related services.

By registering for an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to take part in online betting in the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Online gaming is regulated at a state level in India. The Platform is not available to residents of states where online betting is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are.

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information and complete KYC verification when requested.
• You may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Accounts and IDs

Accounts are created by our support team over WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your ID and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit is ₹1,000. Deposits may be made using UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, net banking, IMPS or cryptocurrency.

We do not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges. All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ₹100. Withdrawals are typically processed within about 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, and are subject to zero platform fees.

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete, if we are required to investigate a transaction, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Winnings may be withheld where there is evidence of fraud, collusion or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit up to a maximum of ₹30,000. The bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement which must be met within 30 days.

Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds where wagering conditions are not met.

7. Betting Rules

All bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport or game and to the odds available at the time the bet is accepted. Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended.

Markets settle based on official results. Where a market is void, stakes are returned. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors or where a result is tainted by corruption.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and must not attempt to manipulate markets or exploit software errors.

• No multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• No use of bots, scripts or automated betting software.
• No sharing of accounts or credentials with third parties.
• No abusive, threatening or fraudulent behaviour toward our staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Khelo Mahadev name, logo, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Betting is entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. We provide deposit limits, timeouts and self-exclusion tools, and we encourage you to use them. See our Responsible Gaming page for details and support.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where we operate. Any dispute will first be addressed by our support team, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
